With the advent of easy-to-use, computerized systems, it is not necessary to lose any sleep over this nightmarish problem: computers can easily keep track of more considerations than the average human. Any adjustments can be made in a jiffy, with perfect results.

Good employee scheduling software also has many other benefits, such as helping to reduce the number of accidents and improving customer relations.
